A “Mommy & Me” ( or "Grown-up & Me") class thoughtfully designed for the youngest dancers' attention span, and developmental abilities. Dancers will be introduced to the basics of ballet and acrobatics, with a special focus on right and left awareness, coordination, and balance—all while having fun and creating a love for dance.
This class is dedicated to our three- and four-year-old beginners! Dancers will learn the foundations of ballet, tap, and acrobatics while working to develop coordination and balance.
For Pre-School I graduates through five-year-old beginners, this class will build on ballet, tap, and tumbling technique, while adding more challenging movements!
This class is specifically designed for dancers ages 6-8 with little to no experience to be an introduction to dance! It will provide instruction in combination of 3 foundational styles of dance: ballet, tap, and jazz.
Our rising stars will join us twice a week to focus on technique to take them to the next level! Classes will be a ballet/tap combo and a jazz/acro combo.
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles. This class helps dancers develop poise, grace, strength, and balance while building proper technique. With teacher guidance and approval, students may progress to pointe when they are physically and technically ready.
Tap dance introduces dancers to rhythm and musicality in a fun and engaging way. Dancers will learn both basic and more advanced tap steps while incorporating style, clarity, and confidence into every movement.
Jazz is a high-energy and expressive dance style that blends strong technique with style and personality. In jazz class, dancers work on flexibility, strength, coordination, and musicality while learning sharp, dynamic movements and expressive choreography.
With an emphasis on musicality, style, and self-expression, Hip Hop introduces dancers to age-appropriate, upbeat movement set to current music. Dancers will develop rhythm, coordination, strength, and confidence while learning foundational hip hop grooves, footwork, and performance skills.
Foundations is a technique-based class designed to strengthen the core skills every dancer needs to grow. Rooted in ballet fundamentals, this class focuses on alignment, control, balance, flexibility, and proper body placement. Through structured barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor progressions, dancers will build strength, refine lines, and improve overall technique that carries into all styles of dance.
This high-energy conditioning class is designed specifically for dancers--combining cardio, strength training, core work, and flexibility to build endurance, power, and control. Dancers will improve stamina for longer routines, increase flexibility for extensions and leaps, and develop the strength needed for turns, jumps, and injury prevention. Power + Flex is the perfect complement to technique and choreography classes, helping dancers become stronger, more confident, and performance ready.
Combo Fusion is a dynamic choreography class that rotates between jazz, contemporary, and hip hop styles. Dancers will learn a new combination each class that will challenge musicality, versatility, performance quality, and retention skills. This class focuses on style development, transitions, and execution while encouraging dancers to adapt quickly between genres. This technique-focused class is designed to strengthen and refine a dancer’s jumps, turning skills, and overall control. Dancers will work on proper alignment, balance, spotting, momentum, and power to safely execute a variety of leaps and turns across styles. This class emphasizes clean technique, strength-building progressions, and consistency to help dancers gain confidence and improve performance quality.
This energizing barre fitness class blends ballet-inspired movement with strength training, core work, and low-impact cardio for a full-body workout. Designed for anyone over the age of 10 (adults, too!), this class offers modifications and challenges to ensure a safe, effective, and empowering workout—leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.
